Serah oli McFly fänn, väga aktiivne, kes läks 29. juulil haiglasse, sest tal esines südame rütmihäireid (ta oli 20-aastane!!!) ja oli palavik. Arstid said ta südame korda ja üritasid teada saada, mis häireid põhjustas. Kahjuks ei jõudnud nad selleni, sest Serah suri 7. juulil.
Selles juhtumis on erilist see, et ta lasi oma matustel mängida laulu "The last song", mis on McFly loomingust.
